01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tracksino platform, including the website at tracksino.vip, the tracksino mobile app, and all games, features, and services available through tracksino. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on tracksino, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Each person may hold only one tracksino account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If tracksino identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering on tracksino, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real full name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your tracksino account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else. tracksino will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact tracksino support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your tracksino account.
• Do not share your login details with friends, family, or anyone else.
• Log out of tracksino when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to tracksino support without delay.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

tracksino processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. tracksino does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed on the platform, and does not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets that differ from the deposit source without prior verification.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your tracksino account dashboard. tracksino reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your tracksino account within minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method but tracksino aims to process all approved withdrawals as quickly as possible.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, tracksino may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, a selfie, or proof of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed or declined.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

tracksino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

If your tracksino account is suspended due to a suspected violation, we will investigate the matter before taking permanent action. During an investigation, your account may be temporarily restricted and withdrawals may be placed on hold. tracksino will communicate the outcome of any investigation to you via the contact details on your account.

You may also choose to close your tracksino account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive balance, tracksino will process a withdrawal of your remaining funds to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
